End User Licence Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is between you ("End-User", "you") and AiCert° / AI Energy Limited ("Licensor", "we", "us"), company number 14953433, Stanton House, Coxhill Way, Aylesbury, HP21 8FW, United Kingdom.
IMPORTANT: by downloading, installing or using the AiCert° application, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
1. Application
AiCert° is software for trade professionals to manage jobs, visits, customers, documents and certificates and to use related AI-assisted features.
2. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on compatible devices that you own or control, subject to your subscription and these terms.
3. Restrictions
You must not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, modify or create derivative works from the App except where applicable law expressly permits it. You must not use the App to build a competing product.
4. Technical requirements
You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, operating system, browser and internet connection. Features may change as operating systems and third-party platforms evolve.
5. Maintenance and support
AiCert° may release updates, fixes and improvements but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or indefinite support for any version. Apple and Google are not responsible for maintenance or support.
6. AI features
AI features may transcribe, analyse, classify or draft content. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and must be checked by a qualified professional before use.
7. Certificate responsibility
The App does not inspect a property, verify measurements or certify compliance. The End-User is solely responsible for the inspection, professional judgement, data entered and final certificate.
8. User contributions
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant AiCert° a limited licence to process that content only to operate and provide the App, including necessary processing by contracted service providers.
9. Anonymised data
We may create anonymised and aggregated data that cannot reasonably identify an individual, customer or property, and use it for lawful business purposes.
10. Data protection
Personal data is handled under the AiCert° Privacy Policy and related legal documents.
11. Warranties and liability
The App is provided on an "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability is subject to the limits in the Terms of Service and applicable law.
12. App store terms
For App Store distribution, this EULA is between you and AiCert°, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA where required by Apple's standard terms. For Google Play, the applicable Google Play terms also apply.
13. Termination
Your licence ends when your subscription or account ends or when this EULA is terminated for breach. You must stop using the App following termination.
14. Governing law
England and Wales law applies and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
