About AiCert°

What is AiCert°?

AiCert° is a UK-focused electrical certification and business management platform for electricians and electrical contractors. It lets you complete EICR, EIC and Minor Works certificates on your phone and run customers, jobs, quotes, invoices and payments in the same place.

Why we built it

Most electricians still finish certificates at night and retype the same customer details into separate quoting, invoicing and accounts tools. AiCert° was created to remove that double handling, so the paperwork is done on site and the money comes in sooner.

Who it is for

• Sole trader electricians
• Small electrical contracting firms
• Electricians doing landlord and domestic EICRs
• Installers issuing EICs and Minor Works certificates

Focused on the UK electrical industry

Certificates follow the BS 7671 model forms and use the terms, codes and schedules UK electricians already work with. Prices are in pounds, dates are DD/MM/YYYY and everything is written in British English.

Our product philosophy

Fast data entry comes first. Every screen is designed to be used on site, with one hand, and to never ask for the same information twice. Running your business is free; you pay £1 only when you issue a certificate.

How we use AI

AI helps with admin, such as describing photos, reading documents and answering questions about your records. It never signs a certificate or makes a safety decision. The qualified electrician stays responsible for every result. Read our AI Usage & Governance policy for the details.

Data and security

Your customer, certificate and financial data is private to your account and protected with access controls on every record. We do not sell your data. See our Data Retention & Security and Privacy policies.
