Why pay per certificate?
Most certificate software charges a monthly fee whether you issue one certificate or a hundred. AiCert° works the other way round: the business tools are free to start, and you pay £1 only when you sign and issue a certificate. Quiet month, small bill. Busy month, the cost is covered many times over by the work.
Drafts are always free, so you can start a report on site, finish it in the office and only pay once it is issued to the customer.

Every certificate you issue costs £1 — EICR, EIC or Minor Works. You are only charged when you sign and issue a certificate, not for drafts.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan costs £0 a month and includes the basic CRM, basic invoicing and basic automations for one user. You only pay £1 when you issue a certificate.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. There is no long-term contract. You can move between Free, Pro and Premium as your business changes.
What do Pro and Premium add?
